Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account, reserving an item, or purchasing through Rentryo means you accept these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced alongside them. If you disagree with any clause, please discontinue using the service before scheduling your next rental.
Rentals & Returns
- Items should be returned in the condition they arrived, allowing for normal wear expected from trying and styling garments.
- Begin the return shipment by the scheduled due date using the prepaid label so the next renter receives the piece on time.
- If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond everyday wear, we may charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.
Membership & Billing
- Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active cycle; we don’t issue prorated refunds for partially used weeks.
- You authorise Rentryo to charge the payment method on file for rentals, purchases, add-ons, late fees, and any applicable taxes.
User Responsibilities
- Treat wardrobe items with reasonable care, follow provided care labels, and store them away from smoke, pets, or liquids.
- Do not resell, sublet, or otherwise transfer rented garments without our written approval.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and alert support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or a lost device.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may pause or close accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or repeatedly disregard care instructions. Any outstanding balances, dispute resolutions, or damage fees remain due even after an account is terminated.
Intellectual Property
Rentryo logos, photography, copy, and product curation remain our intellectual property (or that of our partners). Please don’t copy, publish, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rentryo isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses tied to your use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the amounts you paid to Rentryo in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We periodically review these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational updates or regulatory changes. When we make material updates, we’ll notify you through the app or by email before the revision applies. Continuing to use Rentryo after notice means you accept the updated terms.
